Questions we are asked before an engagement
What does a typical engagement look like?
Most engagements begin with an assessment of how your commercial engine performs today — revenue patterns, sales process, coverage, pricing, and capabilities. From there, we agree on a focused set of priorities and work alongside your team on the strategy, the execution plan, and the measures that will show whether it is working.
How long does an engagement usually run?
It depends on the scope. A focused assessment may take a few weeks, while implementation support typically runs across several months. We define the shape, milestones, and decision points with you before any work begins.
Do you work with companies that already have a sales team?
Yes. Much of the work is helping capable teams perform more consistently — clarifying priorities, tightening process, sharpening account strategy, and building the habits that make results repeatable.
Can you support a company entering a new market or channel?
That is a frequent starting point. We help assess the opportunity, define the route to market, identify the customers and partners worth pursuing first, and put a practical plan behind the launch.
How do you measure whether the work is succeeding?
We agree on a small number of commercial measures up front — usually a mix of revenue, pipeline, conversion, margin, and coverage indicators — and review them as the work progresses so adjustments are based on evidence rather than opinion.
How is pricing structured?
Fees are defined for each engagement based on scope, level of involvement, and duration. Because every commercial situation is different, we scope the work first and then provide a clear proposal — we do not publish fixed consulting prices.
